This is very much a key feature of RVN... creating digital assets, NFTs, even security tokens. This extends beyond the basic peer to peer Cryptocurrency idea that Ravencoin seems to be known for.

You would have to check what you require, as far as I know it's fixed limit creation of tokens, no emissions, tokenizing real world assets.
