I'll be honest... I'm afraid to tokenize... I think it's because I think that at the end of the day nobody will be interested in the piece and they will just turn the page and it will be "gathering dust"... that's why for almost a year now, I haven't tokenized any of the art I've done, but while I was finishing this one sketch that I found very nice, I got the idea to try it again...

Seré sincera… me da mucho miedo tokenizar… creo que es porque pienso que al final del día nadie se interesara en la pieza y simplemente pasaran la página y quedara “acumulando polvo”… es por esa razón que desde hace casi un año, no he tokenizado nada del arte que he realizado, pero mientras terminaba este un boceto que me pareció muy lindo se me ocurrió la idea del volver a intentarlo…

Why not, really not getting a good excuse to refuse, I made the decision to tokenize the piece and show it to the world as "My work."

¿Por qué no? Realmente al no conseguir una buena excusa para negarme, tome la decisión de tokenizar la pieza y mostrarla al mundo como “Mi trabajo”

This digital painting does not really need too much explanation... a beautiful woman with her beautiful imperfections, born from the earth, like the rose she is, blooms sublimely among the vast field, the delicate stem of this rose is protected by thorns that remind anyone who wishes to possess the flower, that he must be careful... her leaves adorn, contrast and cover the stem in the most delicate way possible. She is the only one that remains in the field and is the most beautifully preserved... alone, glorious and with the world ahead of her... she is the last rose in the field.

Esta pintura digital realmente no necesita demasiadas explicaciones… una hermosa mujer con sus hermosas imperfecciones, nace de la tierra, como la rosa que es, florece sublimemente entre el basto campo, el delicado tallo de esta rosa es protegido por espinas que recuerdan a cualquiera que desee poseer la flor, que debe de ser cuidadoso… sus hojas adornan, contrastan y cubren el tallo de la forma más delicada posible. Ella es la única que mantiene en el campo y es la que más hermosa se conserva… sola, gloriosa y con el mundo por delante… ella es la última rosa del campo.

The painting process was done in Photoshop based on the sketch I had made in physical. The original piece (the one you can buy ;) ) measures 2550 by 3300 pixels. It took about 4 hours to finish all the painting and as you can see in the images I used several layers to get the color I wanted, also the whole piece has many details that can only be seen in its highest quality (what a good propaganda lol).

El proceso de pintura lo realice en Photoshop teniendo como base el boceto que había realizado en físico. La pieza original (la que pueden comprar ;) ) tiene unas medidas de 2550 por 3300 pixeles. Tarde aproximadamente 4 horas para terminar toda la pintura y como verán en las imágenes utilice diversas capas para obtener el color que quería, además toda la pieza tiene muchos detalles que solo se podrán observa en su máxima calidad (que buena propaganda lol )

For the background I decided to do something simple, in the end the one that should stand out is my rose and as its tones are somewhat dark I used pastel colors that resemble a green field and a beautiful blue sky. The other flowers that don't have their rose that are in the background were made with the leaves of the main one, although changing its shape and opacity to give that feeling of remoteness.

Para el fondo decidí hacer algo simple, al final la que debería resaltar es mi rosa y como sus tonos son algo oscuros utilice colores pasteles que asemejan con un campo verde y un cielo hermosamente azul. Las otras flores que no poseen su rosa que están en el fondo fueron realizadas con las hojas de la principal, aunque cambiando su forma y opacidad para dar esa sensación de lejanía.

I especially liked the thorns, since I focus on the gradient that is seen between the color of his skin and the green of the thorn, this happens very smoothly and gives the feeling of being part of his own skin despite being different colors. En especial me han gustado las espinas, ya que me enfoque en el degradado que se aprecia entre el color de su piel y el verde de la espina, este pasa de manera muy suave y da la sensación de ser parte de su propia piel a pesar de ser colores distintos. Sin muchas más palabras les dejo las imágenes con la evolución de la pieza, espero que las disfruten tanto como la obra final.

The Step by Step Gif was made by me in AdobePhotoshop CC2014.

The logo was designed by me in Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 and its animated version was made in After Effects CC 2017.
