A favourite chinese restaurant of mine since i was a chold. They recently picked up a michelin selected award so we decided eat there today.

Chinese Watercress Soup with Pork Ribs was a staple at our house growing up. Its a classic cantonese dish.. double boiled. Along with chicken feet and Hainanese chicken. The rice was cooked in pandan, chicken stock , margarine and ginger hence is ultra fragrant and yellow in color.

Lor Bak is a meat roll wrapped in beancurd skin, seasoning with Chinese five-spice powder, and deep-fry until crispy.
