Review The Rebellion Peek 2 and 3 Cards
Introduction
Last week I covered some of the Rebellion cards. This week I will continue with the second post of peaks that Splinterlands released as well as the third post. Rebellion will be out in two days and I think everyone will be excited to not see kitty, yodin, llama in modern anymore. Well if they aren't excited I am!
Mar Toren Seeker
Mar Toren Seeker seems like an awesome card for keep your distance. It has phase for magic and it has dodge for range. I don't think it will be used for it's damage. It will mostly used as a tank with the 5 dodge and 9 health. I could see the potential for this card and if I got this card I would be ok with a level 7 one and a level 5 one if gold foil.
Moxian Rebel*
Moxian Rebel is an interesting new neutral 4 mana with weapons training. If I'm not wrong this is the only one or one of the few weapon trainer that is 4 mana or less. I'm interested to see what this card can do because it can combo with chaos agent and any other non attackers like conjurer. The drawback though is the one damage weapons training so I'm not sure how strong that will be.
Redwrym Dragon
Redwrym Dragon is a beefy dragon that can be played with immune. If I'm not wrong there's a dragon in untamed with immune but it has no attack so I assume this will be the replacement. It will give dragon element an immune card. I like it because it has great health and great speed. I could see it being behind a forgotten one or something as the last to be the finisher in a noxious fumes ruleset.
Runeseer Sevaya
Although I see the epic purple at the top middle, I believe this will be a legendary unit. Honestly this makes me think of a scavo hiering on steroids since it brings a lot of support to the team. I'm thinking this unit will have some interesting synergies with the weapons training but I feel like I'd be ok with this card not having an attack. It's just a monster support to peel and defend the team.
Ulundin Overseer
This card is nuts. It has combined total of 27 health if we include the armor into the health. I could see this being a monster tank in reverse speed. I think it does need a strong weapons training unit to make it better. I could also see it being used in back to basics. Just having it tank up like 2-3 rounds of attacks for back to basics would be crazy.
Pirate of Eight
I'm not sure how I feel about Pirate of Eight. I think it would be good for even stevens but other than that I think even if it was little league if I wanted a low mana reach card I would choose tide bider. I want to know what others think but I think this card will be a pass for me. This would be a low priority for me to max.
Croire
Croire I will leave as a question mark. I think it's an alright card but it's hard to say since we don't know how strong flank and weapons training will be. I guess I could see this in a up close and personal or melee mayhem. I still don't see this crushing the Immortalis lineups.
Chaos Golem
Chaos Golem looks to be the worst out of all I shared today. I guess I can see this possibly playable in lost magic but I'm not a fan of the 5 damage. It would be countered by forcefield from arkemis the bear. I would probably not even consider buying this card. I would probably try to sell this for other legendaries if I pull this card from my ten packs.
Conclusion
Just two more days and we will get to see these cards in action in the real server and not the mav server. I will also get to open 10 packs so I'll share what I get here next week. I hope that my thoughts on these cards gave some insight. I think there may be an opportunity to buy some undervalued cards and flip them but let's see how it goes.

I'm curious about croire and flank. If he is in 3rd position and gives flank and weapon training to card in 2nd then you could have big tank in first and croire heals it. Put ulundin in second spot (high life with armor) Now it can shred from 2nd and get healed when it goes to 1st. When ulundin in 2nd it can shred from ulundins flank.
Or I might be wrong on how flank works :)
Still is a decent looking card
o.o but if its in third position it can't attack tho right. i feel itd make more sence in the first position? unless ia lso dont understand how flank works. idk im just not too impressed with this card. Mycelfic infantry will still be staple but let's see how it goes
True it can't attack in 3rd but it's a healer in 3rd and gives flank and weapons to 2nd. Will see how it works out. Easy has so many healers. Quora backed by 4 healers in earth... ugly
hmmmm I'm not a fan of a card not being able to attack tho and u have to take note its a self heal not a tank heal :P it can only heal itself so what does that make u think of it now :')
Sucks way more. My mistake. I'm reading your post late at night while I'm sleepy but can't sleep. Might still use it though. Flank will allow me to put something like t-rex in 2nd (or gladiator version of it) then something with lure (or whatever draws fire) in the back.
I still see uses but your right. Not as much.
xD no worries man i've made mistakes like that too before when reading late at night. Totally fine xD and i read at like 3-5 am sometimes its crazy what I misread and sometimes im even writing at the time so when i wake up the next day i get shocked at what i wrote and posted ;3.
Yes now its not as great as u think but we will see. it will prob fit some niche ruleset somewhere. maybe an opportunity strike ruleset it can add two no damage and weaponst rain them to attack with melee or something
Chaos golem will be a beast in silver. Virtually nothing has force field. Enrage will make it big and counterstrike will keep archers at bay
oh that's a good point i didn't really consider other leagues as much sicne i usually play in diamond and champion. Yes it could be strong in silver since not much force field. would be a great tank in odds only and no magic O.O maybe its not as bad as i thought
Different cards shine in different leagues. I look from silver perspective 😉 in seriously going to have to buy a lot

Yup. Best part about silver. Cards that shine in silver often suck in diamond and go cheap.
