Very few people play max level summoners even in Gold (Modern)

I had to go down to the 13th match to find the first person who actually used a max level summoner.

I'm very curious what's going to happen when Chaos Legion rotates out of Modern. What does this say about players? They're not even willing to invest in some of the cheapest cards ever. You can get max level Chaos Legion summoners for very cheap. And you can rent them next to nothing.

When Chaos Legion rotates out, will they increase their budgets? Rent more cards? Play in Wild? Give up altogether? It's hard to say. Many of the accounts playing with these cards could be extra accounts for people trying to make a little extra SPS for almost nothing.

There are also very few Rebellion cards. If I do see one, it's usually a reward one.
