I just finished a 2.5km running that lasted about 0hh:41mm:40ss !

Body Health Mind There is no substitute for walking to keep everything in order We must walk to increase our physical fitness

When you see that your mind is very bad then take a short walk and look at the nature around you then your mind will be fixed and what physical weakness caused you will be fixed and you will be able to live a very beautiful life.
