Instagram is out of control
This need to stop
Just want to share with you all a very silly example that keeps happening to me. Not once, not twice but hundreds of times.
This is really bad on Instagram, but now that I have been more time on Discord I have seen that there is a lot of it in there as well.
Let me start with an advice, if you want to work online and make money working as a "brand Ambassador", recruiting other people or trying to sell whatever product it is, at least make sure you are trying to target the right audience to start with.
Down here you see this brand feed on Instagram, apparently a jewellery brand that aims for female presenting people.
I don't use jewellery at all and also I don't think that I present as female looking, even if I can be very feminine in the way I act. But I am clearly not the target of this company.
But get ready for it.
Because the fact that I don't have any photos using jewellery and presenting as male, have not stopped this person to take their time to DM me the message you can see below.
Do you think this is a good and productive technique to work? You don't need to reply, because the answer is NO.
Online Marketing and this "Fantastic" opportunities invaded all the social media platforms and many people have been tricked and pulled into this scams.
So potentially smaller brands have all their marketing done for free by people that have no training, but because they reach to EVERYONE, eventually they will get to some potential real customers.
If you are a small influencer, or someone that have no interest in working online, please be careful and don't fall for this type of marketing messages.
In case you want to work with some brands and work online, make sure you do your research before and work only with serious companies. The next time someone invite you to be a "brand ambassador", keep in mind that I am 95% sure that is a bad offer for you and the only ones that will have something to win will be whoever is inviting you.

General rule of thumb is, if someone is saying you can make money on Instagram, it's too good to be true.
I think things like that tend to be a scam in some sort of way. I gaurantee you if you were to try and be a brand ambassador, they would send you the products for FREE but you have to pay £100 in shipping 🤣
Yeah. So many freaking annoying offers like that. I can't stand it anymore.
Everyday I have to block fake accounts of women offering their pictures on site.google…. It’s incredible . I block new accounts they may create and still…. I cannot understand how they can create so many fake accounts.
I guess somehow they are still tricking some people and making some money in the end. That's why there are so many.
