Updates

As you can see a lot has changed with my account. After buying that decent sized collection and adding them to my account My overall account size and ranking is gone up pretty significantly. I have stepped away from adding as many fans as possible while I try to balance out the rest of my account and options within the game. I need to look at blending cards more, the music lesson impact has been significant to my strategy, and I've started buying packs versus cards in the market for the most part.

Buying Boxes of cards

I switched over to buying boxes of cards for the most part versus buying fans. I like opening packs and I hope to get lucky. I did manage to pull my first legendary card which is great. I'm trying to figure out if I'm going to try to sell the card and roll it into more packs or if I will hold it and go for getting the rest eventually.

I have invested fairly significantly over the past few months into this game by spending $300 hive on the account from my friend, and then spending $118 give on the Star bits required to get the 100 XP booster to help level up for the final Island.

First time selling cards

Since I started selling packs I have actually tried to start selling cards. I'm trying to sell the music cards I am not focusing on and rolling those back into my lesson cards. For a while there was a fairly significant price difference between production cards and other cards so I was playing the difference to get a 20 to 30% boost on my production score versus an equal trade.

Buying Production Cards

I still check the market from time to time and I shop production cards and I only buy when I think the price is really low. There seems to be some massive fluctuations and I try to buy when it's cheap although I do not self production cards. I have a fair number of cards listed in the market that have been undercut for the past four days and I'm trying to figure out if it is the new normal or just a temporary fluctuation.

Buying SP

I've also had to buy a lot of star pro lately. It's cost me a fair amount of my Star bits earning to buy the star pro. I've used the star bro both for music lessons and for blending my first card and I realize there's more cards I don't need to blend. Getting enough Star bits to cover that has slowed my account growth and packs purchased. Well it's a little frustrating I think it's best for the game to have these mechanisms in place that help eliminate the oversupply of Star bits in the long run

UPDATED 2023 Goals

  I clearly absolutely crossed my original goal. I now have over 1 million fans when my original goal was $300,000. I also blew by my second goal but that was because my buddy was leaving and I wanted to buy all those cards. I'm not sure what fan go all set for next year or if I'll even focus on one. My earnings right now are okay and I should continue to grow my fan base through pack buying.
• 2,500 5000 10,000+ Skill from Drum Lessons
  Well my current production lesson is netting me 10,219, I think really this guy is the limit. I want this to be as high as possible for an efficiency standpoint. I understand it'll cost me more Star pro for each run but it'll be less runs in total and I'll be able to run more lessons. The only thing it's saving me is time and the ability to increase my earnings in the long run.
• Ranking Top 100 50
  Not quite in the top 50 yet and I'm not sure I'll break it this year. Pretty solidly in the top 100 and if I keep buying packs I think I'll stay there. I fluctuate anywhere from top 40 to 60 depending on how the rankings work and the missions I run overnight. If I'm focusing on shorter missions and music lessons then my Play Time really drops if I run five or six hour missions then my weekly playtime average really goes up.

Next Years Plans

I don't have any set goals for my account next year. I think I've hit a really nice spot and while doubling or tripling my fans again would be absolutely insane on The daily income side I think it'll be hard to do given my lack of additional resources to invest. I drained close to 400 Hive in the past 3 months and I don't have a reliable source to continue to put in to this game. Now that this account is in a really good spot any additional resources I have might be directed towards the city or splinter lands as they have new releases.

Either way I hope to hold or maintain top 50 and continue to add a couple hundred thousand in fans as I dig into this game and figure out new wrinkles as I dance. I hear there's a new addition or release coming out which will have big impacts and I will clearly need new cards.

I'm really happy about that 100 XP booster even though it was quite expensive, but it really made leveling up a complete breeze and I wish I would have done it sooner as I could have been way past level 200 and on to the final Island months ago. Instead of taking a week to gain a level, I'm now gaining about a level a day and I plan to keep it that pace until
