I am not aware of the potato festival around us, but we are really huge fans of potatoes, especially young ones boiled with with salt and butter and sometimes a touch of fresh dill on top.

I've never turned down a potato that I know of. I used to hate baked potatoes when I was a kid, but I really enjoy them now.
