Another NFT Available On Hive/Lensy.io

avatar

I sold my first NFT! And I'm happy to say, it was on Hive's Lensy.io photography NFT site. I'll admit, I kind of thought that place became a ghost town but this has renewed my interest in the site and I added another photo NFT today - "Golden Sunrise at Lake Tahoe". There are only 3 editions available, the third one is priced at only 20 hive and the price goes up a bit from there.

These photo NFTs on Lensy are only available on Lensy/Hive and are not on my website or other NFT sites.

Here is the link to my Lensy.io page: https://lensy.io/scottshots/gallery

I do, however, have other photo NFTs available on Rairibles/Ethereum. All of the newer ones have a bit of motion added to the photo. You'll have to go to this page to see them in action: https://rarible.com/scottshotsphoto Some of these are 1/1 NFTs. Printed photos of these are available through my website but the photos with motion are only available on ETH. I'd love to offer more like these with motion on @nftshowroom but sorry, no photography allowed there...

Alright... I minted another NFT today, now it's time for me to print some physical prints! I'll be printing up a bunch of photos on the big Epson 9900, replacing prints that sold at the galleries over the holidays. Selling physical prints of my work that you can hang on your wall is my favorite, but I am still minting the occasional NFT and plan on continuing to do so. More posts to come...

I hope you all have a great day, cheers!

Hi Scott. I am creating an NFT Photographer badge for hive. I will add you to it. Mostly ETH NFT photographers. Pity NFT showroom wont let photographers on. Lensy is such a poor cousin. They let photographers on Super Rare but not NFT Showroom go figure.

Thanks! Please do let me know if I need to do anything else to get the badge. Yes, I really wish @nftshowroom would let us play too... A LOT of hours go into creating our form of art, it's not just point and shoot with a cell phone.

Yes so limiting. I have been selling NFTs over on ETH (sold 72 of them). It's where all the collectors with real money are so its where you have to be.

Nice! Congratulations, that great to hear. I have a few available on ETH, might have to mint a few more...

I have had the badge account follow you; just waiting on PeakD to approve the badge.

Well done. I hadn't heard of Lensy but I've put it on my list of things to check out!

Just picking up on the conversation about NFT Showroom, yes, so annoying, I stumbled upon that too. Like yourselves I've got items up for sale on Rarible and OpenSea using ETH and TEZ. No sales so far but have only just begun.

Yeah, I wish they'd change that. But I didn't build it so it is what it is. I'm sure I'll be adding more to Rarible and Lensy soon... Cheers!
