Splinterlands marked as malvertising since today

I just wanted to open the splinterlands website (yes, the right one, checked this multiple times), and received a malvertising warning.

Didnt had this before, and I use the same link and anti virus programm since years.

Anyone else had this? Seems suspicious... can it be that a malware has made it into the most recent patch?
