Splinterlands: How to vote for SPS Validators via PeakMonsters

SPS Validators have been live for less than a week, and we’re already seeing incredible contributions from the community! With multiple ways to vote for validators, it’s easier than ever to support the decentralization of Splinterlands.

One way to vote is through the official SPS DAO page. However, PeakMonsters has also released an intuitive overview that displays the current validators, their votes, and an easy way to cast your own votes for those you trust.

How to vote for validators via PeakMonsters

1 - Access the SPS Validators Page

You can find the validator voting page on PeakMonsters by navigating to:
Explore -> SPS Validators

2 - Choose a Validator to Support

When selecting a validator to vote for, it’s helpful to consider a few key factors:

• Validator Transparency: Does the validator have an announcement post? Do you like what they write about their motivation, reward handling, and server location?
• API Availability: Does the validator provide a fully operational API?
• Reliability: A low number of missed blocks indicates a stable and trustworthy node.

You can click on the validator’s Post or API Name to get more details. If the API page shows an error like "Cannot get /," don’t worry! This simply means the API is operational but you haven't accessed a data-providing endpoint yet.

3 - Cast Your Vote

Once you’ve chosen a validator, simply click the VOTE button. If you have the Hive Keychain extension installed, you’ll be prompted to sign the transaction with your Active Key—and that’s it! You’re now supporting a node operator who contributes to the decentralization of your favorite TCG: Splinterlands. ❤
