I also assumed that such coffee also reduces your need for sleep (mainly because good nutrition would help you sleep better in the same amount of time). ☕🧘‍♂️🤓

That's likely true. I've never needed as much sleep as most people that I know, and my elixir does probably help out quite a bit now. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
