Devil May Cry Guide – Part 5
Hello gamers, welcome to the fifth part of my Devil May Cry guide, in the last part I told you how to definitely eliminate the persistent giant scorpion, plus the location of several useful hidden items. Today I will tell you how to get a powerful weapon and more tips to overcome certain areas of the game faster.

When you start the eighth mission, cross the drawbridge to see how it will rise, and you will be left without access to the castle. In this area you will see several columns, a statue to purchase items, and a tombstone behind which hides a healing object.

Go down the spiral stairs to reach a door that you must cross. You will appear in a large flattened area. Above Dante's head floats a green orb, but don't grab it for the moment because you'll need it later. When you try to move forward you will be stopped by a trio of new enemies in the form of lizards, but now that you have the grenade launcher in your hands they pose no threat. When you kill them, explore the area following the wall to the right of the door you entered through and turn the corner to reach a tomb: hit it several times to get a blue orb fragment.

On the same wall but to the left side there is a yellow orb. You will see three arched doorways through which you can access a corridor with three doors that you cannot open but with red orbs that you can collect. Finally, in the left corner of the large doorway with a row of white lights is a small building. Jump over it to get a holy water. When you are ready, go through the big door.

Go up to the balcony since there is a healing item at one end and a yellow orb at the other. In the center, above the entrance, there are red orbs and a circular symbol that you must activate to rearrange some floating platforms. You can then jump from one to another to reach Ifrit, the powerful combat gloves. After you have watched the scene, go down and return to the open field to meet a giant bird.

The best way to avoid wasting time and health with this boss is to do the following: quickly look at the door that has two torches on the sides and light the one that is off with a punch of Ifrit so that the door opens. Escape through there and you will reach a garden shrouded in fog.

In this new area, jump over broken tree to see some red orbs drop. When you try to go through the gate at the other end of the garden, several demons will appear including a new type of enemy that spits fire from its mouth, so you have to be attentive. When you have defeated them all, the door will be unlocked.

In this new room there is a red orb and a statue to purchase items. Cross it and jump over the wall parallel to the stairs. A red orb generator and a healing item are there. Jump back into the courtyard, more fire-breathing demons will be waiting for you there. If you go up to kill the one on the right ledge, you can immediately grab a yellow orb. Eliminate or leave alive the enemies in this area is intransigent because if you have obtained at least 200 orbs in this mission you will be able to quietly unlock the door to finish it.

In the next mission, go forward until you reach the fork in the road and read the inscription on the tombstone. An energy ball will rise into the air and get into an enemy. What you have to do from now on is the following: kill the enemies that absorb the ball and when it appears again chase it. You have to do this in three zones; the last one will be with lizard demons. If you fallow the wrong path, you will appear at beginning of this whole area and have to do everything again.

The next area is a courtyard where two giant spiders are waiting for you. If you go carefully and do not get too close, the second enemy will not know of your presence until you have killed the first one. In this area there are green orbs, in case you are low on health, and a holy water. When you kill the arachnids, the door will unlock and you will be able to access the inside of the building and finish the mission.

And that’s all, thank you very much to those who take the time to read me and especially to those who are supporting me.
