Death Note is a masterpiece for anime lovers. It is not just a simple dark fantasy, but a psychological thriller that raises deep questions about justice and injustice, morality, and the abuse of power. Released in 2006, this anime series gained immense popularity in a short time. Let's see why this movie (and its main story) is so popular and discussed.

I will only discuss the plot of this animation with you, I will not discuss the whole thing, so that you will be interested in watching the movie. Its main story is that Yagami Light, a smart high school student, suddenly finds a strange notebook on the street one day — Death Note. If someone's name is written in this notebook, that person will die! The owner of the notebook, a death god Ryuk, left it in the human world to have fun. Light thinks that with this notebook, he will erase all the bad people from the world and build an ideal society. He starts to think of himself as God. But another incredibly intelligent detective stands against him — L. This is the main story of this animation, and so if you watch the anime, you will understand this better.

There are three main characters in this animation, which I am analyzing briefly in front of you. For example, Light Yagami (Kira) who kills one after another in the name of justice. His intelligence and confidence make him terrifying. Secondly, L, who is quiet, strange in nature, but fights Kira hard through logic and observation. The third character is Ryuk, a kind of neutral death god, whose curiosity starts the whole story.

Death Note teaches us that "good" and "evil" are sometimes relative. If someone wants to establish their own justice, then how can they deviate from that justice — that is the main question. And so I got this wonderful story, great characters, and a different kind of mentally stimulating anime experience.

Death Note is not just a thriller or a detective story. It is a psychological war, where intelligence, logic, morality and power are at stake. It is a must-see for anime lovers, after watching it you will ask yourself. If you had a Death Note in your hands, what would you do?
