Scientific analysis of raw almonds and my experience.
Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all. I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Today I will tell you some information about raw almonds and it involves scientific analysis and my own experience. Raw almonds are a very familiar food in our lives. They are not only delicious to eat, but also rich in nutrients. The seeds of the Arachis hypogaea plant are scientifically called raw almonds. Almonds are a good source of protein, healthy fats, vitamin E, magnesium, potassium and antioxidants which are very beneficial for our body.
The biggest component of raw almonds is the monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats found in almonds. These keep our heart healthy and help reduce bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol. Moreover, almonds also contain a special amino acid called arginine, which increases blood flow and is used to maintain high blood pressure. It contains antioxidants that protect the body from the effects of free radicals, thereby reducing the chances of cancer. Almonds are a very good food for diabetics because they have a low glycemic index. It gives energy slowly and controls blood sugar levels. And for those who are constantly on the go at work, nuts can be their food.
At this point, I will discuss my experience. As a child, I used to buy raw nuts and roasted nuts at the village market. One of the pleasures back then was eating a few nuts. Even today, I still eat raw nuts at work to keep my head straight and I don't get hungry so easily. Personally, I prefer nuts to other foods because they fill my stomach longer than other foods. It reduces unnecessary food intake, which is good for health.
However, I should tell you that eating a lot of nuts at once is not a good idea. Overeating can cause digestive problems, especially for those who are prone to gastritis. Then I eat less. Raw nuts and tea or raw nuts and fruit are great in terms of taste and health. Finally, I would like to mention that, based on scientific research and my personal experience, raw nuts are definitely a nutritious food. They are not only good to eat frequently, but also good to eat in small quantities because it pleases both the body and the mind.
