Weekly battle mage secrets with Earthquake

Hello everyone,
Here, I will share some strategic considerations and my battle for this week.

RULESET: Earthquake
Description : All non-flying units take 2 physical damage at the end of every turn.
Snared units are considered non-flying. Since the damage given is physical, it can be reduced to 1 if the unit has the shield ability.
Points to be considered
There are two things to consider with this ruleset.
Defense
To reduce or ignore earthquake damage, you need to consider shields or flying units for defense.
Offense
From a defensive perspective, enemy units may have high evasion with flying or may have a high probability of having shields. In general, magic attacks are preferable. By preparing magic reflection, you can take advantage of the opponent's weaknesses.
Now, let's take a look at some practical examples.
First of all, I have to tell you that there was only one Earth Quake battle this week, and unfortunately I was unable to win. However, the way of thinking and such do not change even if you lose, so I will share them anyway.

Practical Example
PELACOR BANDIT is a must-have unit due to its flying ability and high speed in this ruleset.

MUSA SALINE is effective in this ruleset due to its magic attack, and the scavenger ability allows it to maintain high HP until the end of the battle.

VENARI WAVESMITH adds a shield, making it an essential card if your deck has a low number of flying skills.

In this battle, the opponent had a similar lineup, and the level difference seemed to determine the outcome. In low-cost battles, there are limited choices, so it's common for higher-level cards to win in a similar composition. Ideally, you would use cards that can counter the opponent's tendencies based on their past battles, but to be honest, it's challenging to maintain that level of motivation in daily battles. We take our time during tournaments, but we get pretty tired afterward.

このルールセットでの考慮点は2つあります。
- 守りについて
地震ダメージを軽減あるいは無視するために、盾や飛行を検討する必要があります。
2.攻めについて
上記の守りの観点から、敵ユニットも飛行で回避力が高かったり、盾が積まれている可能性が高いです。
原則魔法攻撃がよいと思います。
魔法反射などを用意することで、相手の裏をかくことができます。
それでは実戦を見ていきます。
最初にお伝えしますが、今週Earth Quake のバトルが1度しかなく、残念ながら勝利することができませんでした。
ただ、負けた試合でも考え方などは変わらないので、共有します。
PELACOR BANDIT は飛行能力と高いスピードのため、必須のユニットでしょう。
MUSA SALINEはこのルールセットで有効な魔法攻撃なうえ、scavengerアビリティにより最後まで高HPをキープする可能性があります。
VENARI WAVESMITHは盾を追加してくれるので、飛行スキルが少ない場合は必須のカードとなるでしょう。
今回は相手も似た構成で、レベル差が勝敗を分けたように思います。
低コストのバトルは選択肢が少ないので、似た構成になり高レベルが勝つというのはよくあることだと思います。
相手の過去のバトルから傾向を考えて、対策をしたカードで勝つのが理想ですが、なかなかデイリーのバトルではそこまで頑張るモチベーションが持てないのが正直なところです。トーナメントでは丁寧に試合を進めますが、終わった後はかなり疲れます。
