My Actifit Report Card: October 19 2025
The weather was amazing yesterday, and after a bit of delay, we finally headed out
Honestly, I suddenly got a craving for campfire omelet, and @kam5iz — who had mentally prepared himself for a short walk focused on physical activity — was totally caught off guard!
I insisted, he resisted, until I said I’d take care of everything myself and that it’d be quick. Long story short, I won the argument 🙌🏼
We decided to go to one of our usual hangout spots — it’s got a nice walking path and two trees that are perfect for climbing and practicing.
We walked at a fairly brisk pace to get our breath going and warm up a bit before doing yoga once we got there.
As soon as we arrived, I got busy setting up the fire. No one had made one before us, so I had to start by looking for stones. Luckily, there were plenty of both stones and wood around. We’d also brought plenty of paper and fire gel with us, so the fire was ready in no time.
While the fire was catching, we did some yoga. Doing yoga in nature is making me feel more and more comfortable being outdoors. After the session, I felt light, refreshed, and super hungry — so I got to work on making the omelet.
The omelet turned out so delicious — and since we were starving and the weather was perfect, it hit the spot. When we’re out with the dogs, I can’t help but feel how wonderful it is that our little family keeps growing. It’s like being alone, but in the best way — surrounded by a sense of belonging.
Milo, Smarty, and Bobby had the time of their lives — not only did they get a good walk, but there was food involved too. It was funny how that made them extra protective of the area we were in, keeping a close eye on any dogs that came nearby.
Life is truly fascinating — as long as we don’t bring unnecessary suffering upon ourselves. We can really move forward if we stop carrying extra weight. I can carry my own load. That’s what I keep telling myself these days.
Until next time ..

Wow this was super fun! 😍 I think it's great you have somewhere close to you where you could enjoy yoga in nature. Your family camping looks enjoyable esp. with three dogs now. Bobby is new? I remember Milo and Smarty. 😆 And super thanks for the reminder to travel light through life and not carry extra weight. What a great way to live indeed. Enjoy your week!

Thank you so much! 🥰
Yes bobby is new but he's actually thr father of Smarty 😅 He was around 3 years ago and then he vanished . But couple of months ago he returned to our neighborhood once again . At first Milo and Smarty were not so friendly to him but his good attitude attracted us all.. 🫠
