Make the Most of the Power of Martyr Ability | Amazing and Interesting Battles Series #6. And Focus Chest | Splinterlands

Even though Monsters with Martyr Ability don't look very powerful, Martyr Ability is a very powerful ability. It is an ability that can be very effective in battle when used with a good strategy and can be very beneficial to the team. When the Monster with the Martyr Ability dies, adjacent Monsters get +1 to all stats.

I use the Martyr Ability in a lot of battles, especially in battles with the Noxious Fumes Ruleset and the Equal Opportunity Ruleset. And if I have the opportunity, I put a card with Bloodlust Ability or a card with Double Strike Ability right next to them, and it's a strategy that really works well in a lot of battles.

My strategy was pretty much the same in both battles, but in the second battle, the opposing player's strategy was based on making better use of the Martyr Ability's power. To be honest, the strategy of the opposing player in the second battle was very good. It was wise to resurrect the monster with the Martyr Ability 2 times, that is, to make it die 3 times. Frankly, without Quora Towershead, my chances of winning the second battle were very low, but luckily Quora Towershead was on my team. That's why I like to use cards that can attack twice in such battles. Monsters that can attack twice are very effective in battles, Martyr Ability can make them much more effective. That's why I like to use them together with Martyr Ability.

At the end of the battle, Quora Towershead had 10 Magic Attacks, 10 Melee Attacks, 11 Speed, 8 Armor, and 20 Health clearly showing how effective a monster's all stats boost is in battles. A Brief Description of the Abilities Mentioned Above

• Martyr Ability : When this Unit dies, adjacent Units get +1 to all stats.
• Bloodlust Ability : This Monster revels in the glory of combat and becomes more dangerous as the battle goes on. Every time it defeats an opponent, it gets +1 to all stats.
• Double Strike : This unit attacks twice each round.
• Enrage Ability : This unit has 50% bonus Melee attack and Speed when not at full health.
• Opportunity ability : Units with the Opportunity ability may attack from any position and will target the enemy Unit with the lowest health.
• Amplify ability : Increases Magic Reflect, Return Fire, and Thorns damage to all enemy units by 1.
