Last Season Summary - Purchasing and Opening Major Chests - Great Start to the New Season | Splinterlands Social Media Challenge

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. Another great and very fun season of Splinterlands is over and a new one has begun. Last season I played mostly in Modern and in the last days of the season I played in Survival and I can say that it was a season of very competitive and tough battles. By the way, last season I unlocked Gold III for the first time since the Chaos Legion cards were removed from the Modern and Conclave Arcana cards were added. I can say that I learned how to use the Conclave Arcana cards quicker than I expected, but there is still a lot to learn.

The first days of the season are really hard, at least for me, so I prefer to take a break on the first day of the season and rest, so on the last day of the last season I played until my energy dropped to zero, so I can say that I entered almost 70 battles on the last day. It was tiring, but it was worth it and I had a lot of fun, but I got careless and fell back to Silver I and then no matter how hard I tried I could not get back to Gold III. But that's not a big problem, the important thing was to have fun and I had a lot of fun, but the only sad thing was that I started the new season at Silver III. And I got 53,852 Glint as an end-of-season reward.

To try my luck, I purchased 60 Major chests for 60,000 Glint from the rewards shop and opened them, here's what I got from the Chests;

• 1 Legendary Card
• 3 Epic Cards
• 11 Rare Cards
• 39 Common Cards
• 19 Energy
• 9,785 Merits
• 53 Alchemy Potion
• 37 Legendary Potion

I got 1 Legendary, 3 Epic, 11 Rare, 39 Common Rebellion reward cards, 9,785 Merits, 19 Energy and 90 potions. I can say that I am quite happy with my rewards, I got some really cool rewards. I love getting cards, Merits, and Energies from chests, and I got a lot of them today.

I started the new season with 1100 points from Silver III, I didn't play at all yesterday and started fighting today and made a great start to the new season and just managed to unlock Silver II. And I just got 19 energy from the chests, which will give me the chance to enter many more battles today, my goal is to advance quickly to the Gold.

Players who unlock a higher tier get a certain number of chest rewards. When I unlocked Silver II, I got 2 Major and 5 Minor chest rewards.

Here's what I got from the 7 chests:

I got 2 Epic, 2 Common cards from silver II loot chests, I think my rewards are pretty good, especially getting 2 Thanalorian Blade card copies was great. Thanalorian Blade is one of my most used cards, it really does a great job in battles and helps my team a lot.

Thanalorian Blade has the Opportunity ability at level 1, gains Execute at level 2, Lookout at level 3, and Trample at level 6. Thanalorian Blade is a nightmare for enemies with low health, which is why I love it so much and I always add it to my team when I have the opportunity. I think it's an amazing card.

I want to unlock higher tiers in Modern now and my primary goal is to unlock Gold II then Gold I and earn more Glint and SPS than last season, let's see if I can do it. I really enjoy playing Splinterlands, I can say that it's the only game that even if I play it every day I will never get bored, I love this game so much. In addition to ranked battles, I also participate in Brawl and tournaments, I wish I had the opportunity to play more.
