How to avoid penalties in Terracore

Recently there were penalties introduced in terracore and be it anyone, at any level, these penalties can be observed by anyone in the game. So no matter how long you are playing this game or how far you have reached, these penalties can disturb you in game quite oftenly now.

I have obsered this type of penalty where the attack counts starts to get reduced and to fix this you must upgrade your stats or else the game will continue to reduce your attacks one by one. You can see a screenshot from my profile where the number of attacks i can store is limited to 6 only.

To avoid the attack count penalty you must upgrade your stats. The two stats that will help you here are Engineering and Damage. In my case i uograded the damage by one level and everything was fixed in the game for me as you can see in the screenshot below.

So as you can see that just by upgrading the damage by one level my attack counts are back to normal. These penalties will force people to upgrade stats in the game every now and then, this is a good thing as well but then there might be people who don't like this.

What do you think about this new concept from terracore? I will support this if they can bring in partial upgrade system just like we see in golem overlord where even 1 scrap can be used for the further stats upgrade. With that being introduced this concept shall be supported at 100%.
