Here is why I do not appreciate the recent changes made in golem overlord

Golem Overlord was one of the best games i ever played here, I write blogs about this game oftenly and the reason behind that is very simple. I still like this game and that is the reason i am playing it on a regular basis. There were some recent updates in the game about which no one was informed, the changes were related to in game bonuses and earnings.

I shared about that in one of my recent blogs here on so people can go and read what all changes were made without any announcement about the same. Today i again see something that was changed and again there was no info about it and i noticed it because it was related to the earnings once again.

This time they have changed the numbers for shard earnings and this is really not appreciated specially as it is again done randomly without any announcement to the players. I shared a blog about golem overlord yesterday and there the number of shards i earned in 24 hours were 24 approx even though my level was at 28.

Above you can see that now my shard earnings have dropped to more than half of what it was yesterday. Why are they doing this ? Do they think that reducing the numbers can really help with the price of SHARD. Well the reality is that to improve the price of shard they have to bring a good usecase of it.

And yes my level is not 28 anymore, I have reached level 30 and most probably i will cross 30 in next few hours but the shard earnings will still not go where they were yesterday. You can see my profile deatils in the below image.

I only said that i do not appreciate these decisions for two reasons. First, they are done without any announcement or notifications unlike earlier where they use to update us with what was about to happen and what was really happening in the game. I am only criticizing because i know their team were not like this.

I hope they will update the users about what is happening and what might happen in future via a in game notification just like before.

Your rewards are also based on your kill to die ratio. If your KD was 20 then you will be awarded with 20 Doom tokens at the end of the game.
