Lets see some steps

Simply I am starting with its head. because its head is beautiful and it's a cartoon character. So I am trying to draw this first.

Now I am trying to drawing a full-body. It's a cartoon character, you know that and its tail are available so its mermaid. so mermaids are always beautiful I am trying to doing this as beautiful as it is.

Time to color. Its eyes are beautiful. So i am making its eyes blue

Now using red color its its cloths. Because its highlight and make its drawing more and more beautiful

Time to use lime color for its belly and face and others part... As i know this lime color its beautiful and and mke this perfect

Using violet color in her fins tails. Its looking very beautiful... Specially end part of its body

Yellow color for iits hair. Its much good. And highlight its heir.

In end i am usind orange color in its book. Its a armar for thi marmaid. So i am using this. And its look perfect...
