My NFT Journey| My first post on leofinance

So, this is my first time posting on #leofinance before now I had thought of Leo Finance as a community of Economic experts (😉) so most of the time I just slid through the community cause I thought I had nothing to write that has to do with money, crypto, etc.

But I was wrong, after I read through the Leo Finance challenge on here I thought otherwise..

I know no day goes by that I don't deal with numbers of some sought.

So, recently I have been doing a little research on Nfts and thought to make my first post in Leafinance.

I have been hearing a lot about Nfts but saw it to be some kind of complex crypto business not until recently did I have a shift of reasoning..

Nft is a non-fungible token (NFT) is a non-interchangeable unit of data stored on a blockchain, a form of digital ledger, that can be sold and traded.

Types of NFT data units may be associated with digital files such as photos, videos, and audio.

I recently understood that photos can be minted as an Nft and put up for sale on the NFT market place like opensea.io for some cool figures .
Saw some art work worth 0.9eth, 1.2eth etc
(the leafinance part😉),

but the etheruim gas fees was worrisome. Gas fees I know etheruim is always crazy about that, gas fees can be upto $300 worth of eth

But my research led me to know that you can mint your Nfts without gas fees on the Polygon network.

So, I went ahead to mint a lovely photo of me harvesting a cucumber in my garden.
