Assalamu Alaikum how are you all? Hope everyone is well. By the grace of Allah I am also fine, today I will share with you, about More to the Rose and The Art of Picking It.

More to the Rose and The Art of Picking It.

The rose is regarded as the king of all flowers since time in memorial popular for its beautiful and fragile petals compounded with its sweet fragrance. In the human culture especially among lovers, Rose symbolizes love, passion, and the elegance that is why they are produced in different colors or shades. From a classic red to a sophisticated white, cheerful yellow to the charming blue, the color of every rose gives a different narration.

In the aspect of photography, roses are among the most photographed flowers because of the numerous intricate details in their designs and bright and conspicuous color. Photographing a rose requires not only proficiency but talent and even sensitivity. A close-up shot of a droplet on the petal can give viewers the freshness effect while a rose shedding in the light of the rising sun can symbolize passion in its bloom.

Due to the innate delicate beauty of roses, photographers have tried several positions, lighting and backgrounds to capture beauty of roses in their camera. If someone puts one rose against a black background it paints a picture of gloom while if a number of roses are depicted in a garden, it gives a picture of happiness.

Amateur photography exposes details of sub-microscopic frills, and petals, which can never be noticed with the bare eyes. However, it also means only that black-and-white photography can turn a rose into something timeless and looking back into the past at the same time.

Roses are gifts that are best wrapped in petals and enclosed in elegance whether in gardens or on bouquets or digital screens. That is their beauty, the fact that, when photographed, it shall never fade — an echo of a story expressed in pixels. Is there any other flower that has caught the eyes of amateur and professional photographers than the rose?

Thank you so much for reading my post.
