Splinterlands - Going WIlly Wonker on the Pickle...

So I am getting myself ready for the pickle, but I won't be engaging directly as such in two of the three options...

I am happy to buy myself 100 of the regular cards and punt a few midnight potions on opening for the roll of a black foil, and gold potions for a gold foil.

However I am unlikely to partake in the gold foil raffle, as that just sounds anxiety inducing... spunking decent passively earned resources on the chance of winning a card, no thanks.

I know the way these things work: I've got a castle for fucks sake and I hardly ever get a Totem frag, even when the system says 20% chance or whatever it's never that.

Going Wonka on the Pickle...

However I AM VERY HAPPY that I can use my Aura and Voucher to sell into the irrational demand for gold raffle tickets. The best strategy here is going to be to buy LOTS of tickets in one go, but knowing my luck I'd do that and get fuck all, so i'll MINT some golden tickets and then sell them.

OK maybe that's sort of wonka rather than full-wonka, but hey, never go full Wonka!

Getting my Aura in balance..

I'm fortunately just about in balance for VOUCHER and Aura, mind you it's taken 5 licences to get there!

For the golden tickets it's...

• 10 VOCHER
• 200 AURA

I have...

• 800 VOUCHER
• 14000 AURA

800/ 10 = enough for 80 potions
14000/ 200 = enough for 70 potions.

So I am broadly on track, but I also need... for 100 regular pickles...

40*100 or an aditional 4000 AURA for my midnight potions!

Final thoughts....

I have to divert a little more power to my AURA production, and as of just now that is done... a couple more mid range PP cards unstaked from grain and ready to be deployed to Aura in three days, then I should be set!
