5 Hours...

Having been working full time again for two whole months now I'm just about settling into accepting that I just need to suck it up and get used to living my life in the remaining five hours I have around work...

NB five hours is realistic I think once I take out work time (7 hours a day), travel time (30 mins a day) and then prep time (30 mins a day), and allow myself a 9 hour sleep window.

So that's 9 + 8 + 1 = 17. 24 -17 = 6 and then also allows for that extra hour that just disappears into thin air!

Obvs this is just weekdays we are talking about here!

5 hours...

It''s not alot but it's what i've got... and I CAN fit everything in, just!

Daily I want...

  • 1 hour exercise
  • 1 hour meditation/ soft meditation
  • 30 mins tidying/ life admin
  • 30 mins Hive....
  • 1 hour cook n chill

What's left...

That gives me 1 hours a day another 5 days a week....

On rethinking the distribution!

  • 2* main blog 2 hrs
  • 2* creative 2 hrs
  • 1* lunch out big style!

It's tight but....

That's just the way it is right now, it's just a matter of giving up MOST of the lunching out, T.V clearly has to go for the most part.

TBH I am wondering what i am complaining about (in my head) I just have to deal with the situation and LIVE!

And remember that it's not long term this, it's only until June when I have a bit MORE time.

And I guess if I can discipline myself now that'll benefit me in the future too!

It takes me 2 hours a day to read Hive. I often go to Hive while working on the computer.

Oh I could spend that long, sometimes I do, I'm just rationalising here!

Do you think that 30 mins is enough for HIVE?

It's sufficient, one can waste a lot of time here. That's enough to write something and curate, just about.

You're a person who likes to plan your time rigorously. I sometimes find myself “wasting time” on things that I later regret. And they're not things I need to do or want to waste time on.

Oh don't worry I do waste a lot of time, this is me trying to change that!

That is already a good starting point. To try to change something that you know that could be better. Good mind set up!
