GLX & COLONY Futures on TribalDex

Crypto futures are contracts that allow you to bet on the future price of a cryptocurrency without owning it. These agreements involve two parties who agree to buy or sell a specific amount of cryptocurrency at a set price on a future date. You can profit from both rising (going long) and falling (going short) prices, but trading them is highly risky due to extreme volatility, and positions can be liquidated if the market moves against you.

I asked AI to define Futures in cryptocurrency trading and above is the answer it gave. Not a bad answer but I do have some grievances with it. For instance the AI says Futures is an agreement between two people. That is a Future that came to be. One can place as many Futures as they like without a second persons involvement. Considering this is AI attached to a browser (FireFox) I was left slightly disappointed in the answer it gave. It's not the first time I was disappointed in the answers Browser AI's give to random inquiries. Just yesterday when searching for a laptop I got the idea to ask AI. I did so and it gave me a list of the current laptops that are on sale as advertised online. I then specifically asked for it to find me all the lowest priced laptops. I did some searching manually before asking and found some Black Friday deals so I had an idea of what the AI was going to list. To my surprise it left out a deal for a Acer Lite that is currently on-sale. This got me thinking is AI being programed to show specific ads and not fully, truthfully answer such questions? Will AI on these browsers just become another marketing ploy for WEB2 to sell us the products they want us to buy? An interesting question one should ask themselves when making such searches. Always do your own research folks, always. But this post isn't about that. This post is about GLX & COLONY token futures on Tribaldex (Hive-Engine). Lets take a look!

Recently the GLX trade market seen a little action which we believe is due to the announcement of the upcoming sports prediction app that is to be introduced to the GLS platform (GLX is the governance token for GLS). If we take a look at the buy orders the highest order (Future) placed is at the BID price of 0.001083 (Hive Tokens) per GLX token. There is two bids at this level with one bid being slightly below the first two at 0.001080. The three bids total cost in Hive tokens adds up to 58.4 Hive Tokens. If those bids (Futures) were to be removed or sold into by an interested party the next purchase order would be for 250 Hive worth of GLX (500,000 GLX) at the Bid value of 0.000501 (Approximately half of the highest offer we just went over). If we look on the ASK side of the order book we will see the lowest ASK is 0.001447. There isn't allot of GLX placed up at these ASK orders. In-fact at current time one could purchase all the GLS listed at 0.001500 or lower for a total cost of slightly under 7 Hive Tokens. Above the 0.001500 orders is less than 9,000 GLX for sale. Looking at the last sold option. We can see that on the date of 11/22/2025 GLX sold for 0.00108257 Hive per GLX.

COLONY Token Trade Market On TribalDex

The COLONY token has also seen some recent action. COLONY is the governance token for the Arcade Colony platform. If we take a look at the Buy Orders for the COLONY token we can see Bids start at 0.000785 Hive Token per Colony Token. The buy order dips slightly to 0.000770 after the mentioned 0.000785 order. In total there are roughly 35 Hive Tokens worth of bids for the COLONY Token at the mentioned entry points. Now if we take a look at the ASK side of the order-book we will see that the lowest ask is 0.000850 Hive Token per COLONY token. There is less than 5 Hive tokens worth at the 0.000850 price point. The COLONY tokens ASK orders jump to 0.001500+ afterwards. There is plenty of COLONY on the market at the 0.001500+ trade value. The 0.001500 order has a total cost of 6.499446 Hive tokens. The next jump in price after the 0.001500 order is to 0.0019988 where we see 450 Hive Tokens worth of Colony being listed for trade. The trade value just keeps increasing from there. Looking at the last sold in the Trade History section of Tribaldex we can see that on the date of 11/23/2025 there was a SELL order that completed for 109.342 COLONY Tokens at the trade value of 0.00078501 Hive token per COLONY. As seen in the screenshot below there was also two SELL orders that completed on the date of 11/22/2025 at that same price point as the day after (0.00078501 Hive) for the total amount of 1878.234 COLONY Tokens.

Concluding Thoughts:

As mentioned there is a Sports prediction market (Prime Pick) getting ready to launch on Genesis League Sports (GLS). We might see some action in the GLX marketplace once it does but that is just speculation on my part. Currently the Trade History is on the smaller side for both tokens but there is some action. This action shows there is some interest in the tokens mentioned. It also shows that the price points in-which the holders of these tokens are willing to sell at and the buyers are willing to purchase might not of collided yet.
