Back At It

It's been a busy week. I didn't have much time for online activities but I'm now back at it. I logged into Splinterlands and seen I got some rewards for placing in the league. My play has been rather relaxed but still I managed to hit Silver 1 and with doing so received one Frontier pack and 3 draw Entries. Looks like I ranked 34th in the Frontier Silver League. Such a high ranking is slightly surprising to me considering I missed allot of play. I might have to pay more attention to league rankings and try to score higher. I also haven't checked the last draw results so I'll do that now. As I suspected no luck; I didn't have many entries due to not playing much. Time restraints did not allow. Breaks are good; balance is key to everything. But its time to get back at it. Looks like one Rare and four Commons. Sherringham Logger was the Rare. It sports a one shield, two attack, four health and two speed. When considering the stats just shared are for level one those are some decent stats. Combining cards will increase the stats. Only similar cards can be combined. Meaning Sherringham Logger can only be combined with other Sherringham Logger cards until maxed. A maxed Rare requires 25 level one cards to be combined. Combining 25 level one cards allows a Rare Frontier card to reach level 4 which is the highest level a Rare can be in the Frontier set. All Frontier cards can be played in Modern Ranked play or Frontier Ranked play. I have a gold version of this card maxed. I might start maxing regular foils to. I haven't fully decided yet. For now I'll keep this card and the others sitting in my account as back up. You never know when the extra cards will come in handy. That's five more cards to add to the collection.

Sherringham Logger Lore:

Lore taken from Splinterlands.com

The western forests of the Broken Lands are vast, ancient, and rich with timber vital to the Kingdom of Lyveria. In the shire of Sherringham, nestled among wooded glades and ridgelines, logging is not just a trade; it’s a way of life.

Lyveria is a kingdom of shared purpose rather than uniform culture. Its strength lies in the bonds between its shires, each governed by their own traditions but united in law, trade, and a belief in personal honor. In this, the loggers of Sherringham are no exception. They provide timber for homes, shipyards, siegeworks, and city halls, serving the kingdom not through spectacle but through steady, honest work.

Loggers here come from many races, but few are more respected than the silverback leonines. Their strength, patience, and deep connection to the forest make them ideal stewards of the axe. They remain where they’re needed most—among the trees, keeping the heart of Lyveria standing tall.
