SPLINTERLANDS | Weekly Challenge | Feral Spirit
SPLINTERLANDS | Weekly Challenge | Feral Spirit
I dont own a Feral Spirit and he wasnt a monster I had previously used so this was a good oppurtunity to rent him and test him out to see how he would fit in my deck. I like sneak monsters so I'm excited to give him a try.
I rented a level 4 version which has +1 speed and +1 melee over the base version so let's see how it went
The match was a 21 mana match with an unprotected and equaliser ruleset which means no armor and even health all round

Feral Spirit is a high speed, sneak attack monster so I wanted to build a team that played to his strengths. I paired his sneak ability with stitch leech so both monsters could work in tandem to hit my opponents backline. I used creeping ooze and time mage to slow my opponent down so feral spirit could attack first
My Feral Spirit begins round 2 by attacking first and landing the crucial blow on my opponents strongest monster killing his Pelacor Arbalest
A few untimely misses means by rnd 4 my opponents celestial harpy is still alive and not much damage has been done to the backline, but thanks to my crystalsmith my tanks are surviving
Once my opponents celestial harpy goes down my feral spirit again attacks first to begin rnd 5 which effectivly finishes my opponent off and gives me the win
