Solana Based NFTs Live On OpenSea

Hey guys, so today was great day, wasn’t feeling too well, had soar throat and fever. Decided to rest and not make any post today, but posting on Hive has been really therapeutic for me. Trust me to always give you the latest crypto news, the fact I am not feeling too good doesn’t mean that I can’t deliver with some good crypto news. The crypto environment is always trying to improve so expect news to always be available from me.

The biggest NFT market place in the world currently just integrated Solana based NFTs on to its platform. Solana is known for having the technology Ethereum has but at a cheaper rate. This is basically because of its proof of stake mechanism, this way people can conveniently trade NFTs without the worry of high gas fees.

Opensea is known to be the Ethereum core NFT marketplace before integrating polygon and klaytn blockchain NFTs on its platform. Now that Solana has added to the list, we are expected to see more trade getting executed on the platform. Before the Solana NFT integration, they were other NFT market places for solana based NFTs, how do you think this will affect their platforms? Opensea has the influence, resources and audience, but it’s trading volume has been decreasing because of the high gas fees, hack and glitches that have cost lots of NFT holders a lot.

It’s still nice to see varieties of NFTs on different blockchain on opensea. This means that currently, the Opensea market place supports NFTs of 4 different blockchains. Ethereum blockchain, the polygon blockchain, the klaytn blockchain and the Solana blockchain NFT. Now you can switch across chains to purchase what NFTs you want.

Opensea is known to have processed over $10 Billion sales in NFTs, remember that people flooded the Solana based NFT market place Magic Eden because, they couldn’t keep up with the high gas fees. Magic Eden is known as the open sea for Solana market place, now open sea has integrated Solana, I guess the title will be stripped off Magic Eden.
