Sorry guys, seek your understanding. Nope, no catch for today's giveaway. Upbeat music because, I really need it. So today has been ridiculously rough at work, and things are extremely choppy.

So I am torn between doing a great job (which I guess is what is right), and just doing a job for the sake of doing. Now don't get me wrong, not trying to say slipshod, still getting the job done. But just more of, completing a task, or going beyond the ordinary and giving it your all.

So I ain't any noble creature, but I am those whereby am super lazy but once I decide to work on something, I will definitely do to the best that I can. So there is a team of 4, myself, a team lead and 2 other employees. Apparently, the lead was upset that I was too slow at finishing up my work. I merely wanted to do a good job, and be more comprehensive. But sometimes, things just do not go my way. So yea... I went to check the checklist, and realised actually I am not the slowest, another of my teammates am. But yet, I was criticised. Though I am not new with being faced with such helpless situations, but turning a blind eye does not equate to me being blind. So yea, just those moments whereby I would really really need a break, and hoping to have a miracle happening soon.

Oh wells, apologies for ranting through this giveaway post, but yea... upbeat music. Clearly you know why, cause I am being a sad and tired potato now.

When I first got to Canada back in early 90's I was only 19 years old, all by myself in this great country and huge country of Canada. It was so big that I had no clue what to do for so many days as I was alone and all my family were back in the Azores. Now back to my point. I admit I listened to music back then when I felt all alone in this huge country. Many days I never spoke a word because I didn't know english, only english I knew were the bad words. I honestly can't remember some of the music that brought me back to life back then. But one song that got a smile to my face was from:

Queen
and the songs were:

  3. I want to break free
  4. Somebody to love

    One more thing. I remember as a very young child not sure how old. My mom would play the radio while she did her house duties and her favourite singer in Portugal was Jorge Ferreira and I remember this song and can still hear it in my head when I think of her everyday. In case anyone is interested I will link the song. RIP mae. I am afraid to die, but I look forward to it just so I can see my family again. Here is the song, I just can't listen to it because i have it continuously playing in my head, plus it makes me sad due to missing my mother. Praise Yahuah and Yahshua.

    This one is my favourite Portuguese music I can listen to this all day long. My grandmother (my mother's mother) use to do this kind of music but in more of battle modes back in early 1900's. Today we have rap battles, my grandmother invested that in early 1900's. That is how she met my grandfather, battling him in this kind of music we call it "Desgarrada" Enjoy my friends.
