Alright, so this is my very first dCity writeup. Honestly, I have no idea what to expect, or even what to write about. Well, I have always been intrigued about dCity, and the tiny little bubbles that revolves. So I decided to give it a try. With very limited resources, I decided to do the dumbest thing and went to listen to a seemingly credible Youtuber which gave ridiculous advise that got me into this fix.

So right now, I am a bit lost. This is the current city that I have. If anyone knows what I can do, or what I should begin to focus on, please do feel free to share. I will be more than happy to learn!

And today, I was motivated to make this post because something interesting happened. One of my Students turn into Students (Debt). In real life, it is a bad thing but in the game, I do believe this is an opportunity. So I am reaching out to the community, wondering if anyone knows what I should do!

Right now, I am banking on just the 5 Sim that I earn daily, hoping for a miracle of some sort to happen. So if you do know of what I can do, I would be more than appreciative to learn. And a promise to pave it forward as well in the future!

Under actions you can pay the debt for this student (30 sim) and then he becomes a policeman, soldier, professor, lawyer, criminal or homeless.

Most of these are really good to have and will increase the profitability of your dcity in some way

Ha! I followed your advice, and I got myself a policeman!!! Hahaha. Thanks so much @invest4free .

But then, i am still pretty stuck and bum out. Earning 5 SIM per day is really very underwhelming. Wondering what can be done man...

Congrats, that’s a good one. As you don’t have much income, the policeman does not help you very much. So I would sell him.

For a small dcity the most important income is the free citizen’s you get from time to time.

The thing you want to build is your popularity rating as that helps with getting more citizens.

Unfortunately, to get some traction on dcity, you need to invest. Otherwise growth is very very slow

Yea, growth is horribly slow… I’ve been drawing like 5 SIM a day for months?

Oh, I just don’t seem to get any free citizens. By chance, do I hit the requirement to be eligible for free citizens?

I think you do, but you have an extremely low chance of getting them.

You need to focus on building your popularity as that increases the chances for free citizens

Ah, popularity eh? Ok then! I shall start diverting all my attention into popularity! Is there an upper limit to how much it can go?

No, but after a while you will get the chance for new citizens to the maximum of 25 or 30% or so. However you won’t reach that anytime soon

Wow, 25-30% is mad! Hahahaha. Man, wonder how much I would have to pump in to reach anywhere that state man!
