Rising Star Week 1 Progress, Ego Control & Guitar Goals 🎸

It’s been a week since I started playing Rising Star again, and I wanted to make this weekly progress post to share how things are going and to keep a record for myself.

My Strategy This Week
When I came back to the game, I encountered a big EGO problem I needed to manage. Since music lessons now cost STARPRO, I decided to hold off on them until I had a clear plan.
Instead, I’ve been focusing on:
- Doing my daily missions
- Taking music lessons with instruments that don’t require STARPRO (as long as the lesson gives under 100 skill points, it’s free—correct me if I’m wrong!)
- Using my Starbits to buy People cards that give more skill than fans. I tried to buy new cards i I didn’t have to slowly build my collection
This helped me keep my ego under control, and even reduce it a bit.
I have a total of 70803 FANS | +543 than the past week
And 192664 SKILL POINTS | +4158 than the past week
Tracking My EGO
I wanted some numbers before jumping back into guitar lessons, so I started tracking how much EGO I earn each day.
Here’s the table:

My Next Goal: Guitar Lessons
Before restarting my guitar lessons, I want to buy enough guitars to offset the 368 daily EGO. But I’ll aim a bit higher to give myself a safety margin.
So my objective is reaching 500 Skill Reward Points
Here’s my current guitar lesson reward:
I’m currently at 337 skills, so I need 163 more. If each 50 luck guitar gives about 5 skill points, I’ll need 33 guitars.
Each one costs around 3,000–3,500 STARBITS, so my goal is about 115,000 STARBITS.
How Will I Reach That?
Right now I’m earning around 10k–13k STARBITS per day from missions. I also have the Starbit Millionaire Card, so I bought 1M STARBITS again to claim the daily 10k bonus and support the game.
At this rate, I could reach my target in a week but I’ll transition slowly to avoid spiking my EGO in the meantime.
Card Pack Opening!
I opened a new card pack this week! I know the price goes up after 100 packs (mine cost 20k STARBITS), but it’s still fun and gives me that little thrill.
Didn’t get lucky this time… but next time might be better!
Resources & Tools I Found
I have been reading some post and searching about the new stuff i found when i came back to the game.
I found this useful and updated post from @edusan it summarize all the ways you can earn in the game.
Since i recently started again in the game i will focus on the main loop the game offers for now but will explore the other earning options in the future!
I also found the Rising Star Utils page, it has been really useful to found cheap cards. I checked it each day a couple times.
My Current Status
I’m now at Level 125 and on the third island. I leveled up this week! 🥳
I’m just missing 5 fuel cans to access new missions, but they’re pretty expensive at the moment.

Pasó una semana desde que volvà a jugar Rising Star, y querÃa compartir este post de progreso semanal para contarles cómo va todo y tambien tener un registro propio.

Estrategia de la Semana
Cuando volvà al juego me encontré con un gran problema de EGO que tenÃa que manejar. Como ahora las lecciones de música cuestan STARPRO, decidà esperar antes de hacerlas y armar un plan.
Mientras tanto me enfoqué en:
- Hacer mis misiones diarias
- Hacer lecciones de música con instrumentos que no requieren STARPRO (si dan menos de 100 puntos de habilidad, son gratis. Creo que 100 es el numero corrijanme en los comentarios si no)
- Usar mis Starbits para comprar cartas "People" que den más skill que fans. Me enfoque tambien en comprar cartas nuevas que no tenÃa, para ir completando mi colección
Esto me ayudó a mantener el ego bajo control e incluso reducirlo un poco.
Actualmente tengo 70.803 FANS | +543 respecto a la semana pasada
Y 192.664 SKILL POINTS | +4.158 respecto a la semana pasada
Registrando mi EGO
Antes de volver a hacer lecciones de guitarra, querÃa tener algunos números claros. Asà que empecé a trackear cuánto EGO gano por dÃa:

Mi Próximo Objetivo: Lecciones de Guitarra
Antes de volver a hacer lecciones de guitarra, quiero comprar suficientes guitarras para compensar los 368 de EGO diario. Pero apuntaré un poco más alto para tener margen.
Mi objetivo es alcanzar 500 puntos de recompensa por lección.
Esta es mi recompensa actual por lección de guitarra:
Estoy en 337 puntos, asà que me faltan 163. Si cada guitarra de 50 luck da unos 5 puntos, necesitaré 33 guitarras.
Cada una cuesta entre 3.000 y 3.500 STARBITS, asà que el objetivo es juntar unos 115.000 STARBITS.
¿Cómo Voy a Llegar?
Actualmente gano entre 10k y 13k STARBITS por dÃa haciendo misiones. También tengo la carta Starbit Millionaire, asà que compré nuevamente 1 millón de STARBITS para reclamar el bonus diario de 10k extra y apoyar al juego.
PodrÃa llegar a la meta en una semana, pero prefiero ir cambiando el plan de a poco para no disparar el EGO.
¡Abrà un Pack!
¡Abrà un nuevo pack esta semana! Sé que el precio sube después de los 100 packs (el mÃo costó 20k STARBITS), pero es divertido y me da esa emoción de ver qué me puede tocar.
No tuve suerte esta vez pero ya vendrán mejores!
Recursos y Herramientas
Estuve leyendo algunos posts y buscando info sobre las novedades que encontré al volver al juego.
Encontré este post útil y actualizado de edusan que resume todas las formas en las que se puede ganar en el juego.
Como recién estoy empezando de nuevo, me voy a enfocar en el loop principal del juego por ahora, pero en el futuro quiero explorar otras formas de ganar.
También descubrà la página Rising Star Utils, que me resultó muy útil para encontrar cartas baratas. La reviso un par de veces al dÃa.
Mi Estado Actual
Estoy en nivel 125 y en la tercera isla. ¡Subà de nivel esta semana!
Me faltan 5 latas de combustible para desbloquear nuevas misiones, pero están bastante caras por ahora.
Reflexión Final
