Many seem opposed to the proposed changes to OP_RETURN. What drives these changes despite significant disapproval?
Why do advocates for Core respond with personal attacks against those discussing the changes, rather than addressing the concerns being raised?
For example, Knots proponents are criticized for suggesting that the blockchain might be used to transmit CSAM because of these changes.
Why is Core pressing on with these adjustments when Knots is seeing increasing adoption?
