You are right about low morale. However, it still was a solid PPV and the CW Anderson-Tommy Dreamer "I Quit" match still holds up today as a great end to a feud. Sadly the internal situation was so bad that they lost opportunities to get another TV deal and salvage the brand. ECW also was one of the only companies to stop running shows with its last shows for TV (including the final ECW Arena show, scheduled as a TV taping) as sell-out crowds.
