Amazing to see early ECW footage of Steve Austin and Mongo Vyle—moments like these are pure gold for fans.

This was an interesting choice for them to debut in Middletown, especially when it wasn't a full TV taping. Steve Austin especially due to his exit at the time from WCW and his not yet having done the first incarnations of his "Stone Cold" persona in those initial ECW promos for which he now is so well known.
