Two Tarantula Loom and Gloom Owl in Soulkeep level 1

Honestly, I can't believe I beat the first level of Soulkeep the first time. The game isn't easy at all, and those Fiends were truly terrifying. However, I was able to complete the level after using two of the most powerful towers in the level: Tarantula Loom and Gloom Owl.

Anyone who's played the game before knows that each tower has an important role, but for me, Gloom Owl was the star of the level. It delivers high damage and strikes incredibly quickly. Whenever a Fiend gets close, they're down in two seconds.

But there's a very important point: relying on Gloom Owl alone would have been difficult. This is where the Tarantula Loom comes in. While it's not the most powerful tower in terms of damage, its Stun feature made a huge difference. When a monster is hit and stands still for a moment, it gives Gloom Owl a chance to finish it off easily.

Also, I must say that the Tarantula Loom's range is amazing. It covers a very wide area, so it starts hitting monsters early, disabling them before they can reach anything. Honestly, using this tower has become essential for me in any offensive strategy.

The stage itself was full of pressure and tension, and I was placing towers, trying to time the Tarantula Loom's Stun with Gloom Owl's attacks to ensure each Fiend was pinned down and destroyed by placing Gloom Owl in the middle.

When the ending and the level was over, I felt proud that the game requires focus, and not just any choice works but when you make the right choices and place your towers in the right places, success comes.
