Hello Splintergang,

Today i will be sharing you guys some tips on how to make a Earth Deck for bronze and silver league players that i have been using in Splinterlands to counter magic heavy decks. As magic heavy decks are generally used in lower level battles to win against almost every matchup if you are using correct monsters.

So to counter magic deck i prefer Earth deck. I will share the monsters which helps me counter magic heavy water decks.

Failed Summoner

Failed summoner is a great card against magic deck Because it reflects magic attack back to the atacker and most of the magic monsters are low health thus making them vulnerable to this card.

Unicorn Mustang

Mustang is really helpfull againts magic decks as its void ability helps reduce the magic damage dealt to it. Its also a good tank and have high damage.

Wood Nymph

If you want to rent some cards to play Earth deck you can rent Wood nymph. It restores health of your first monster and she also does magic damage to opponets.
When paired with Unicorn Mustang the deck becomes really strong.

Mushroom Sheer

Mushroom Sheer can be a great magic counter but it has high renting cost than average. Mushroom Sheer reduces the magic damage of all enemy mosters and it also does magic damage which is really good for its mana cost.

Summoner to use:-

Venari Wavesmith is monster upon which i chose my summoner. If im sure the opponent is usnig wavesmith then i go with the summoner WIZARD OF EASTWOOD as it takes away the armour provided by wavesmith to its teammates.

And if opponent is using magic deck without Wavesmith then i go with LYNNA NATURA
