End of the Season: Splinterlands and Moonkarts.

Today is the end of the season of Splinterland and the Moonkart game in the. Hive blockchain. Currently I play both the games daily. In the current scenario splinterlands takes my considerable amount of my time in playing the game while I play moonkarts may be less than half an hour in a day.

Though, I am playing splinterlands and it is taking my considerable amount of my time, my current earnings in this game are just negligible because daily rewards just give me "Fortune Entries" and it requires spending 150 DEC to buy the Fortune pass, so that these entries can be added to the draw. If you do not buy the fortune pass, then these "Fortune entries" ticket expires, once the draw concludes. for the next draw, you will need the currently earned tickets and the fortune pass. For each draw, you will need a fortune pass , so it is a recurrent process.

This season, I do not earned much Glint also as I am in Bronze league only. I did reach the Silver league before the end of the season, but start losing the matches and now fall to Bronze 1 league. Even my Glint earning is only 46K this season and it is very less. Look like adding a few legendary cards in my collection did not help me much.

When it comes to Moonkarts, my time investment is minimal in this game and currently I am enjoying the Kart racing on this game. On the other hand, my investment in this game is also very small, may be less than $100. I currently play this game to get more COLONY to accumulate for myself. Playing the ranked rewards by burning fuel, help in earning the COLONY rewards in the game.

In last season, I have earned 9390 COLONY in ranked leaderboards and 1888 COLONY in Orbital leaderboards. It makes totall of 11278 COLONY token earned in rewards.

I staked 12637 COLONY tokens and it included 11278 COLONY tokens earned from the ranked rewards also.

I am currently wondering why Moonkarts does not attracting much audience as it is very easy to take a start in this game, especially if you focus on the rare cards in this game. Starting the game using rare cards will be pocket friendly and also help you enjoy the game. If you start playing with ultra cheap common karts and drivers, your overall playing experience will be so bad that you might not want to play the game again. Legendary cards in this game are too expensive. Rare cards do their job and having epic cards to race is sweet. Epic Karts and Driver can be managed without breaking the bank.

If you want to play this game, I will suggest to hop in the Discord of this game and try to find peer to peer deal. Please note, peer to peer deal is based on mutual trust, so you might need some middleman/escrow for the deal if you unable to trust the other party. You may also ask the person to list the cards in the market and you can purchase the card from market.

I am advocating the Discord deals because listings in the markets are very limited and give the idea that there are no sellers.
