Pirate Captain From Splinterlands
Hello all Bloggers
My this post is for the weekly art contest of splinterlands. Last week I also participated in this weekly art contest and I remember that I made a drawing of Divine Healer.
This time I am again participate but this time I am going to make a male character from ground cards the name of the character is Pirate Captain.
I hope you guys would love this below I have explained everything from zero the overall procedure is explained below now let's check it out that how I made this beautiful drawing.
Materials
- Sketch Pencil
- White Paper
- Eraser
- Water Colors
- Marker Colors
- Black Pointer
Process
So guys now let me tell you how I made this character first I used white paper and pencil to sketch this character I started sketching this character from his face.
Then I sketched the sword in one hand and the pistol in the other hand and then sketching the bottom part of the character. This character was very difficult. I had a very difficult time sketching it. I completed it in about an hour.
Now it was time for coloring, so I used both water color and stroke colors for coloring, so first I filled in red and yellow in some parts of his shirt.
Then I colored the Bandana on his head and trousers with blue and colored his boots with black.
Then his waistcoat was painted red with black and yellow designs on it.
And then I used watercolors to give the rest of his trousers a darker shade of blue and then black and yellow in the belt around his waist.
And in pistol I have done light blue color and in other hand holding sword with sea green color.
And then to make the gray color in his shirt and sleeves I mixed a little black in the white to create this shade and filled in his shirt and sleeves.
And then to color his face I used light and dark brown color now I have filled the character completely.
Lastly I used a black pointer to outline and highlight the lines of the character.
You will see that black pointer has made this character more prominent and Stand out.
I had completely made the character, I completed it in about 1 hours and 30 minutes.
Final Look:
I tried my best to make this character look like his original image and I am happy to see that I have made he look like his original image.
