I've been buying back in since mid 22 (mainly DOGE/LTC). Was bullish until the trade war.

Easiest way to think about this, a much better way than drawing lines on an illiquid coin, is in terms of a risk spectrum.

In a full blown risk-on environment, things like bitcoin (and tiny altcoins) go crazy. We saw this in 2021.
In a total risk-off environment, cash and gold/silver to well.

It's a sliding scale, and the trade war definitely made us slide towards risk-off.

and here's the worst part: Even if the trade war somehow ends next month (it won't), crypto was probably going to peak in May of this year no matter what. There's that old saying: sell in May and go away.

I believe stocks will eventually recover and make new all-time highs, possibly even this year. But bitcoin works in 4 year cycles, and it may not bottom until next year.
