Deeper Dive into "Waka Spiritblade" and Other NOW Cheaper Summoners!

As I said in yesterdays post "Waka Spiritblade" The newest legendary summoner and next "Promo" card has just been announced!

As I say this was just announced in the latest "Town Hall" by @Chatter as the next "Promo" card this is to celebrate the coalition with "Waka Flocka Flame" and "Splinterlands" just like the collaboration thy did for the bitcoin halving they released the "Halfling Alchemist"

Waka Spiritblade Dive...

Lets start with the Mana cost 3 for a Legendary card that on its own is amazing and then throw in "Poison" off the bat this card I know is going to be super OP and would be a very expensive card without the rarity but with the rarity this is at minimum a $1000 card, if you don’t know what I mean by the rarity there is more details on my last blog you can click the link below to view that.

The Poison on this which by the way all your monster will get as an ability makes this OP, this is because there’s a lot of monsters nowadays with high HP and armour like "Grum" x15 HP / x5 Armour then you add the "Void" that makes him a very difficult tank to take down with all attacks magic, range and mele! Throw poison on him taking x2 each round that armour means nothing and that HP will begin to fall especially if you have magic backline even with being mitigated.

This card could open up the way for a fresh new meta to come along where you run a tank up top to take the damage and then low mana sneak, snipe etc monsters to rip apart the enemy because of that poison!
You also need to think about how to counter this...

• Speed - Make them miss so you don’t get the poison - Though all it takes is one hit and unless you run something like "Kitty" there likely to get you.
• Immunity - Mosters with immunity will help that card but the rest of the team it wont.
• Cleanse - You could run a cleanse monster but again this will only help one monster the team would be targeted by the poison.
  So defending against "Waka" is going to really difficult and I think you loose 9/10! Unless they drop in the new legendary summoners a way to counter this like a summoner with "Immunity" or "Cleanse" this card is unbeatable in most cases.

Conclusion

Amazing card, if you can get it..its going to be very sort after and so very expensive at least $1000 plus you need the Vouchers / SPS this is not one for the newbies this a "Whale" card! Think the "Poison" is game changing and anyone who runs this will see a spike in their win %.

Bargain Summoners To Pick Up!

1) Vera Salacia - This card is currently $3.60 for 1 BCX - This card has great cost to CP ratio because being a "Dice" summoner so for a level 1 CP = 40 for a max level which costs $275 you get 4,830 CP compare that to "Chaos" "Kelya Frendul" level 1 $3.70 = CP = 20 / Max level = $458 2,415 CP so your talking around double the cost for half the power! Whilst I know the abilities "Kelya Frendul" offers is a lot better the comparison on cost...Vera Salacia Wins all day. - Table below for quick breakdown.

2) Kretch Tallever - This card is currently $7 for 1 BCX - This is another card that has great cost to CP ratio for a level 1 CP = 200 for a max level which costs $322 you get 9,200 CP compare that to "Drake of Arnak" level 1 $7.74 = CP = 40 / Max level = $444 4,830 CP so again its very close on this you have to decide if you want to the ability but sacrifice the CP, me personally the difference here outweighs the fact it doesn’t have any ability!
