Hi everyone! Pogier here with Brawl Report #5! This time around is the first time I've got matches with my own gladius cards!

Overall Guild Performance

We took 5th place with 58 wins, 54 losses, and 0 draws. For our effort, we got 31 crowns with each participating member winning 1356 merits.

Personal Progress/Goals:
This was my the second time fighting in the higher leagues. My goal was to win as many matches as possible in order to contribute to the overall points of the guild. This time around, I've actually got some gladius cards that I'm hoping to play with! Our awesome leader @BP9930 has set a bounty on Immortal Gods, so there's extra motivation!

Personal Brawl Results:

In this brawl, my score was 6 wins and 1 loss. It was my best brawl ever! The fray I joined was gold level, and this time, I have gladius cards!

Battle Replays

Battle #1: Loss

I lost the battle because I surrendered the fight accidentally. My internet was acting up, but hey it happens.

Battle #2: Win

The match was tilted in my favor because my opponent only brought in low level cards. I won this match because I brought in sustain, shield, and speed to the game.

Battle #3: Win

The Llama+Hydra strategy is perfect for low mana matches. When I saw the Spreading Fury game mode, this made it an even more obvious choice! In the opponent's team, there is not enough damage to take my Hydra out.

Battle #4: Win

Finally I had a game mode where I can use my gladius card, Katrelba Gobson! The sneak and double attack along with bloodlust ensured that I would make short work of my opponent. This is what it is to be blessed with gladius cards!

Battle #5: Win

Another opportunity to use my gladius card! This time around I couldn't bring in my Almo and Cornealus combo, so I brought in the Mycellic Slipspawn even if was only level 1, just so I can handle the Equal Opportunity game mode. This was versus Immortal Gods, so I'm glad I beat them and achieved the bounty set up by our guild leader!

My opponent fled, so it was a free win for me!

Battle #7: Win

In a low mana fight, I decided to bring in Weakening and Redemption combo. I assumed the enemy would bring in a Cornealus so the Affliction and Poison from Doctor Blight was extremely important. I also prepared for magic with the reflect and amplify!

Lessons Learned:

Gladius cards are OP! That's definitely true, but all the other cards are still incredibly useful in brawl. Because of the merits obtained from this match, I got to open another gladius pack! Joining PeakMonsters [Vikings] was a great thing and I'm seeing my brawl improvement in real time!
