Sharing my first month playing Rising Star Game
Hello guys and Rising Star Game Community. I am pinkhub and this is my first post here. I just wanna share my thoughts and experience on my first month playing the game. As you can see from the image above I started in November 2, 2021. I was invited by my friend @leoneil back then and I tried it out.
Mission Start
When I first started the game it was okay but kinda time consuming since the first missions time is only 5 minutes so I had to stay in front of my computer the whole day waiting for the 5 minutes to finish and do another mission again. So I look at the packs and bought one. I'm not the type of person who would spend a lot of money on games to be honest. I'm more of a grinder so I just bought one and see how it goes.
So I got a Gold Mic, Belle and Mid Range Decks. At first I thought the Gold Mic was a good card since it looks different from the other 2 cards but to my disappointment I thought it wasn't that useful, but it was really good. Luck gives a bonus to skill mission which will be talked later. So I felt lucked out of the cards from the pack so oh well. Better start my hellish grind then.
My strategy was to grind fast and every time I get 1000 Starbits I would withdraw it. I was looking at which cards I should get first in the marketplace. And in my honest opinion, I think the current market place is a total mess. But I found a much better option in choosing which cards I want to buy and buy them directly.
Just hover your mouse on the card icon on the top menu and click on "Your Collection"
And once you are there just pick a card and click it to see their stats and description, then click on the "Market" just beside the "My Cards" tab and there you go, you can now select which buyer you want to buy from. Although it's not the same as the marketplace where you can filter and sort by prices from highest to lowest or lowest to highest but I find the market place kinda overwhelming and slow. Unlike here I just scroll down and skim through it and just stop on the lowest price I could see. This may not work for everyone but it works for me so I just use this method compare to going to the market place and going back to your collection again.
While most Rising Star Game tutorials you would see in just about anywhere they will first tell you to hold your Starbits until you reach 7,500 to buy a pizza box, my approach was a little different.
I wanted to do higher missions as soon as possible, so I focused first on fans since I rarely get drunk fans. Not to mention by the time I get some drunk fans to do the next mission, my energy is already so low and will have to wait for a few hours again so I can do the mission which sucks. Especially the part where you have to do the previous mission 10 times before you can do the next mission.
So for me, instead of waiting for my lucky drunk fans, I decided to increase my fans first. I was looking through the cards and I found "Cheap Car" under Vehicles tab in "Your Collection".
As you can see, Cheap Car gives +10 fans and it only cost me 490 Starbits when I bought my cards. So every 1K Starbits I earn, I could buy 2 of these cards at a time, which is honestly quite useful if you are just starting up since the first 5 missions fans requirement gap is quite low. So after I finish a mission 10 times, I could do the next mission without relying on drunk fans
Next one I bought was a Mid Range Tour Bus which gives +25 fans so I can get a total of 100 fans and another one to get me to 125 fans which was needed for the Midweek Headline Slot mission. Which was my first corner stop since the next mission Saturday Support Needed 200 fans to do. I was stuck here for long since when you turn level 15 or have 1K fans or more you will get an EGO meter which makes the grind much more harder.
To balance my EGO meter to be always at 0%, every time I do a single Midweek Headline Slot mission, I would do a Basic Singing Lesson 2 times. So that my Skill would always be higher than my Fans even me having a chance of getting drunk fans.
I stayed in that mission for 3 weeks if I'm not mistaken just to earn enough Starbits to buy Pixie.
I bought her for 13K Starbits and now I have enough fans to do the last 2 missions and I did. I still do the same routine of doing a single mission then 2 skill mission though to balance the ego. And after doing the last mission a few times to my surprise I unlocked the Local Gig Circuit in the map lol. I thought it was the last mission and I was certainly mistaken big time.
Now I understand why pizza box and cold pizza are a must to move forward since there are many more mission to do and it needs more fans my god. But I think it's okay since I can now earn 10K Starbits a week more or less. I already bought a pizza box earlier and I'll buy a cold pizza next. I will most probably need to buy packs as well since I just can't always grind to buy a new card now since most cards are so expensive 😭.
I may post pack openings in the future so stay tuned 😉. So that's it, my first month of playing the game. It was a long road but earning 10K Starbits a week now is honestly so good. It will be much faster now thanks to the pizza box I just bought. Anyway thank you guys for reading 😎

I still haven’t tried it yet. I’ll dedicate time for it.
Hi @rufans thank you for dropping by. I hope you try it, honestly only the early parts of the game is grindy. Now after a month of playing I find it quite easy now. I only visit the game like a few times each day unlike the first few days that I stayed in front of my computer. I hope it will go well for you as well mate cheers
Thanks for this.
When you going to make a post about the Mic that you got?
Hahaha soon lol @takuris I've got more important things to blog right now as I am inviting my cousins (pretty women) to hive. So I'm making a little bit of tutorial on how to make an account on hive, how to post and other stuffs
UwU very noice. Try registering on the onboarding program for hive within OCD. That way you get rewarded for inviting peeps and possibly be assisted in RC/Delegation issues
Nah I'm not planning to recruit everyone else. Only my immediate family members and close relatives and friends. Not gonna do recruiting fulltime as it's not my cup of tea.
Yeah true, doing full time is alot more demanding than part time.
Also don't tell them about the RC problem right away. I'll be funny for the fist few minutes when they see.
NEED MORE RC COLA!
