Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!

I'm such an old fart! Really! I went to play some football with my son today. It was more like kicking the ball around than really playing football, but I managed to injure myself. 😣

I was trying to show my son how hard I can kick the ball, so I kicked it as hard as I could, and after that, I felt sharp pain in my quad.

I ended up limping home, disgraced... 😞
