these are the tears. sneak in silence. shaking gaze. as jealous. chasing the past: marked maps. calendar and history.

but who reads wounds as poetry. apart from your fingers tracing the traces of pain. until you know, man bears his own curse. shouldered the words and rolled them from the peak of blissful misery.

o millions of letters off the fingers. scrolling words. on the cheekbones. as tears, which you receive, as a pounding in your own chest.

only sincerity accept. as an estuary. pouring sorrow into the sea of eternity. your love.

I love how the unique structure and cadence really forces you to pay attention to the words. IDK if it's what you're going for, but it seemed that the perspective of the poem is both from the writer's perspective as well as the reader's.

The writer, pondering the experience of the reader, how they are seeing poetry in the pain expressed from the writer, scrolling through the posts the writer as published.

The reader, contemplating the same thing almost through a lens of self-criticism, questioning the enjoyment they are finding in the experience of consuming the poetry - questioning the sincerity of their own heart.

This is beautifully written, thank you for sharing! !PIZZA
