Gold Dragon | Fanart

Hi everyone!!!
I hope everybody is doing well and good. I am back again with another creative art this week. Today I am going to draw the fan art of Gold dragon. I am always thinking about dragons. I am thinking whether they were real in ancient or just myths about this creatures. How the fire dragons looks like if they were real. How they used to eat, because when they open their mouth to eat the fire which will come from their mouths will burn the whole food. I am thinking about the fire which is in their stomachs, don't they feel like burning. I got so many thoughts about them, I don't know whether I will be able to get the answer of any. I am talking about dragons because today I am going to make the fan art of Gold Dragon. The real character is really cool. I have created a different fan art of him and that's also really beautiful. So let's get started.
Here is the image of original character from splinterlands.

Firstly I have used the ibis paint app for this digital fan art. Firstly I have drawn the rough face and scales on top of his head and his teeth and smile as well.

Then I have drawn his belly scales or the type of layring on that. I don't know what is the name of that part of the Dragon body.

Then I have sketched his first two legs with the nails.

After the sketch of two legs then I have drawn the outline of other two legs as well. Also I have sketched the tail of him and the fire which was there at the back of the tale.

Then I have drawn the big wide wings.

I have started colouring the dragon. Started it from the face of him. In the real character's image the colors were not blended that much. But I blended them and gave a really new look to him.

After the face and his scale I have colored his belly scales with the lavender and Blue colors.

Then I have colored the body above those Belly scales with the colors that I had used in the face.

After that I have colored his tale and the half part of legs.

I completed the whole dragon including his legs and the nails of it with the black and dark purple color.

Apology. Didn't complete the whole body. The fire on the tale and the scales on the tales I have skipped so I colored that also.

Then I have colored his big wings. In the original character, the wings were very closed shape and were very small. But I made it really big and opened. And colored them really nicely.

I colored the other wing as well.

The I have added the fire in front of his face as well with the shades of yellow and Golden colors.
