LOH 197 - My greatest inspiration

Hello, beautiful people! Welcome to my blog. It's a pleasure to have you in this space. Once again, welcome 🤗

All thanks to @trucklife-family for this week's questions👍

My family is my greatest inspiration. I can't seem to choose just one person that inspires me; I think everyone of them has played a role and inspired who I have become today.

My husband has inspired me in various ways to become a better mother and wife; his actions and support have served as a powerful inspiration. He is always there physically, financially, spiritually, and emotionally for myself and our kids; his constant show of love and kindness has made me strive to do more.

His commitment to the family has motivated me to show the same level of commitment, ensuring a strong and stable partnership.

My mom is a very patient and sacrificial person. I grew up seeing her display these attributes. As a teenager, I didn't like the fact that she was always patient with everyone around; I didn't appreciate the fact that she has patience and is always willing to forgive others, even when people offend her; she hardly gets angry.

Now that I am older and more mature, I have come to understand and appreciate the way she approached people and situations. I have also found myself emulating the same from her values and traits, and I have also learned valuable and important lessons about how to handle difficult situations and treat people with compassion and understanding.

My dad inspires the giving part of me; while we were growing up, whenever we go out, he gives us money to give to beggars. This simple act has had profound value and impact in my life, and this mere act has taught me the importance of generosity, empathy, and kindness.

THANK YOU FOR READING TO THE END 🤗

We don't understand why our parents do what they do. We even frown at them for some decisions they make, but as time goes, growth happens, then we start to realise why they did what they did.

You've been surrounded by people who inspired you and still inspiring you. Your kids would be inspired and learn from the morals. The train keeps moving 😊

You have an amazing family, each has give you inspiration to be the greatest you. It's all because they teach you a lot of good things that you are you now. But of course you also commend yourself because it will never happen if you are not open with those teachings and if you didn't choose to be the best version of yourself 😊☺️✨

It's great you have a supportive husband and parents.
I think it's normal to get annoyed with pour parents when we are younger, it is hard for us to see them as actual individual people.
Thanks for responding @ozd xx
