Marshal's Log Update... The Keeps current returns

Hello Fellow Praetorians,
I just wanted to update those of you who are into crunching numbers on the Keep and its returns currently. My keep is located in Central Fire, Xaing Pho #85, Tract 6. If you have been keeping up with my Marshal's Log videos on youtube then you know I have been hunting down cards with great Pickle Power(PP) and trying desperately to upgrade my plots dec/hr. Ive gone from .252 DEC/hr to 1.964 DEC/hr. It has been a trek for sure.

Now my tract is 38% active. This graph and most of my information is pulled from Beakers Splinterlands land tool that he has been developing. I have found it to be a great asset and he is putting a lot of work into with very frequent updates. Click the link below to check it out.

Ok, so all that being said here are the numbers I have been tracking for my Keep since day one. I was doing harvests about a every 3 day or so around the beginning, but now I am trying to push it to between 5 and 7 days.

The Keep cost 1,533,420 DEC and has returned 9,898. DEC in about 2 months of ownership. Again that return is with only 38% active plots and my Keep capturing between 18%-34% taxes from my tract. The best part of my tract is that most of the active plots are grain plots. Which will definitely benefit me once I get my magical plot back to grind out Research.

As seen above Grain has been my highest DEC earner with over 3K Dec worth captured. Second place goes to Aura with about 2906.244 DEC worth captured. Wood coming up next at 1951.88 DEC, followed by Stone at 494.106 DEC, and lastly Iron with 478.587 DEC.

Purchasing a Keep is expensive but in the right tract can have some great returns, if this is what I am seeing from a mostly inactive Tract.

So what is the plan moving forward. We are still working on getting cards and DEC to stake and active our plot and maximizing out DEC/hr. Once this is achieved we will begin to purchase more plot so that we can get our Land Barron status.
